Funding
The pilot project covering 30,000 rural BPL youth, is being part funded by Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India, under the SGSY scheme and remaining funds will be mobilized from the user industry.
Implementation
IL&FS Clusters has strong linkages with the textile industry and is assisting the Ministry of Textiles, Govt. of India and the textile industry in establishing 30 Integrated Textile Parks throughout the country. In order to effectively implement such programs for enhancing the competitiveness of the manufacturing industry, an exclusive company in the name of IL&FS Cluster Development Initiative Limited has been set up. IL&FS CDI has also been working extensively in the field of training and education, particularly related to development of multimedia teaching aids and content.
