• a) Building awareness about the skill development training for livelihood generation within the target communities.
  • b) Mobilising large number of potential beneficiaries to enroll for the training program.
  • c) Ensuring successful completion of the training program for the target number of beneficiaries within the scheduled project period.
  • d) Create awareness for SPRING in project towns.
  • e) Convince the potential trainees to pay a small premium for the training program (MSTC).
